Irish Egg Rolls

Sorry there haven't been a ton of updates lately.  It's certainly not for a lack of submissions, I'm practically drowning in pictures (and that's a good thing).  I was traveling for work all of last week and now I'm back in the saddle.  This picture is of some freaking delicious Irish Egg Rolls that I got at Sean Kelly's here in Missoula.  You should note that you actually get 6 of these in an order, but I had already wolfed two of them down before I remembered to take a picture of them.  They are filled with corned beef and cabbage and some tasting Asian seasonings.  The sauce in the middle is some sort of peanut sauce that pretty much rocked my socks right off.
