Helsinki Reindeer Sausage

During our Baltic tour, Volumen-1 was lucky enough to get this plateful of awesome. Real reindeer sausage was the protein, then there were some scalloped potatoes on the right and then two mystery sides. One of them, I believe, was a sort of cranberry sauce and I have no idea what the green side was, except delicious. Not featured in the photo is the 10am Finnish near-beer that I was also enjoying. Volumen-Bkawck’s vegetarian meal is visible across the table. I’m sure it was delicious… but not REINDEER delicious!
