Potatoes, a Fritatta and Sourdough Toast
Monday, December 7th, 2009This was a very happy meal at the cafe of the famed culinary school, Le
Cordon Bleu in Pasadena. BTW, Julia Child hails from Pasadena. I was advised to order a side dish--the potatoes. The frittata were an added bonus. Next I've got to figure out how to create this at home with a few tweaks. Heavy milk out, non-fat evap or soy milk in. My joyous eating continues as I celebrate Bring The Bling to Your Plate Month.
