So, back in April I started the Hunt for Missoula's Best Ham and Cheese Omelet.  You haven't heard much about it lately because I'm lazy and forgetful.  But, believe me, I'm still hunting.  Anyway, when we sampled the Ham and Cheese omelet at Paul's Pancake Parlor, my wife ordered the turkey and swiss omelet.  Maybe she's having her own contest?  I dunno.  I freaking loved these hash browns, though!

    I’ve always been weirded out by the idea of turkey in my breakfast. Not sure I could do it. Looks good tho! :)
