Roast Beef Dinner
Thursday, February 11th, 2010
This is a dish I cook regularly, the vegetables work as a braise and also help build heels (Caramelization) for when I go to make my gravy. My kids love it and have no problem with the veggies, good for Dad. (me)

Surf and Turf Celebratory Dinner
Wednesday, January 20th, 2010
To celebrate a big week involving both of our employment situations, my super foxy wife cooked up this awesome meal of crab legs, New York strip steak, twice baked potatoes (with cheddar AND Gorgonzola), steamed broccoli and fresh baked cheesy bread. Accompanied by my fave wine these days: Cellar 8 Cabernet. Awwww yeah.

Thursday, January 14th, 2010
We hit the local Asian super market for a mini version of dim sum at home. From the top, we have humbows (char siu bao), gyoza dipping sauce, edamame, shumai, and gyoza. We’re teaching the baby to have an expanded palate!

Supper Yummy Duck
Saturday, January 2nd, 2010
I’m the moron who doesn’t order seafood while eating out in Hawaii, but only because I can never turn down duck breast. This particular meal had brussel sprouts, beets, toasted cashews, and a citrus mousse along side it. It was complemented perfectly by two Mai Tai’s.

Filet with Port Wine Sauce and Roqefort Cheese
Wednesday, December 23rd, 2009
The big lump on top of the steak is Roquefort cheese. It was great. Also creamy mash potatoes and huge broccoli spears. Went well with a Kettlehouse Cold Smoke beer.
