Super Fantastic Brownie from Biga Pizza
Here's a hypothetical for ya. One of your best friends starts a brand new restaurant. This can now go two ways.
- It sucks. You have to eat there anyway to support your friend. You are bumming.
- It rules. You eat there all the time (because you can't help yourself). You are stoked. Your friend is psyched that you are supporting them, little do they know you are just in it for the good grub.
Well, for me it's not so hypothetical and it is, thankfully, option #2! The owner of Missoula's Biga Pizza is one of my long-time friends and thankfully his restaurant is one of my favorites to eat at. (Especially the Tuscan Tuna sandwich).
Anyway, we took the kids there the other night and I think Erika and I just got salads and had maybe a slice of the kid's pizza. So, thankfully, we had room for desert (which is something I can almost never manage to do). When we heard the list of deserts, I knew it had to be this monster. I forget what the official name is, so I just called it "Super Fantastic Brownie".
