Beef Tongue Pizza?!
Tuesday, July 6th, 2010First off, let me apologize for the lack of posts. I was traveling for work and fun and just didn't have any time (and/or Internet access) to post anything. I plan to hit it really hard for the next few weeks, though!
So, I didn't want to come back from such a long absence and post something ho-hum or ordinary. So, how does Beef Tongue Pizza grab ya? Yup, that's right. Bob Marshall, the culinary genius behind Biga Pizza came up with this little number. I believe it's organic beef tongue from Lifeline Farms, here in Montana, but I might be wrong on that. I do know that the rest of the pizza is swiss cheese, spinach and honey mustard. I didn't get to sample this one, but I was envisioning Pastrami Pizza and I really like the sound of that!
Oh yeah, I don't really know who chewed this chewable. So, I'm putty Greg down since he sent me the picture. He's one of the super-talented pizza throwers at Biga Pizza.
