Filet with Port Wine Sauce and Roqefort Cheese
The big lump on top of the steak is Roquefort cheese. It was great. Also creamy mash potatoes and huge broccoli spears. Went well with a Kettlehouse Cold Smoke beer.
Chewer: Colin Chew Chew
Chewing Location: Pearl Cafe
Prepared by: Pearl Cafe
Editor's Note: I need to go to the Pearl again, it's been far too long.
