Kansas City-style BBQ Ribs
So, I recently had a scare with my phone where it just said "JVM 529 Error" when I turned it on. The only choice was to click "Continue", but apparently that just formatted the flash drive again or something because all my pictures, music, etc was all gone. I was kicking myself because I was sure there were food pictures that I hadn't posted yet. Weirdly enough, after bitching about it for a few minutes, I rebooted the phone and "Voila!" it's all back again!
I took this as a sign that I needed to get those pictures off the phone and while I was searching, I found the above picture of some Kansas City-style BBQ Ribs I got at the Back Room of the Nite Owl restaurant in Columbia Falls, MT.
Yup, I was pretty stoked. The only thing better than finding Food Porn on your phone (that you forgot about) is probably finding actual porn on your phone that you forgot about, right? Just kidding Mom.
Anyway, back to the food. I apologize that the picture looks a little weird. It was freaking fluorescent lights in that place, so it didn't help the picture taking much. The ribs were pretty good, maybe a little dry, but I was mainly in it for the coleslaw (although I could have used more of it) and the fry bread. In fact, I could have probably just eaten Fry Bread and been happy. The baked beans were tasty but I didn't think much of the potatoes. Still, I remember that my beard smelled like BBQ for over 24 hours afterwards, so that was a nice little treat.
