Pizza Siciliana from Scuderia

So, I sent an e-mail to Leyla over at Scuderia to tell her to check out the site's new layout (Oh yeah!  We have a new layout, what does everyone think?)  Anyway, we get to talking and I ask if she could send another photo.  If you recall, she sent the picture of delicious looking Boston Lettuce salad.  Well, we're lucky because she just sent this on in!  This is the Pizza Siciliana at Scuderia.  It's Eggplant, Ricotta Salata and Oven Dried Tomatoes.  Yum!
