Pros and Cons of Cooking for a Living

So the cool part about cooking at a restaurant is you get to play around with food all day long. The bad part is sometimes you make things that are so delicious that they take a couple years off your life. The boys and I were catering a wedding that wanted a nacho bar which in itself is pretty awesome. So we are standing around dipping chips into canned nacho cheese all night when one of us remember we have some frozen corn dogs in the freezer. Ladies and gentlemen I give you the "Corndog Nacho Cheese Heartattack". It was awesome.
