Smoked Salmon Sushi with Nigori Ginger

Well wattayaknow, I finally posted one of Doug's pictures.  The reasons it's taken me so long are: 1) He always sends it as a MMS Text message to my phone.  So, I have to save it to my computer and then upload it to the site.  By that time, I've usually forgotten what it was so I'll e-mail him and ask him.  Then he responds and I forget to save it or something. 2) He never writes a description. 3) We need to get Doug a better cellphone camera .

Since Doug was one of the people who originally thought of ChewTime in the first place, I'll try and get more of his food pics up here.  Also, he makes some pretty damn tasty food.

Doug sent me this picture as part of an Asian Comfort food meal that he prepared the other day.  I'll post the other two things over the next few days.
