Super Stuffed Chili and Frito Baked Potato

I few weeks ago I had my boys on my own and I needed to get them fed, pronto.  Hmm.. after a little scrounging I came up with some potatoes (which were popped in the oven and hour before the boys got home), some chili and a bag of fritos.  Voila!  Super stuffed baked potatoes!  I think we topped them with chili, Fritos, cheddar cheese, sour cream and green onions.  They vanished pretty quick.
