Super Yummy Duck

I'm the moron who doesn't order seafood while eating out in Hawaii, but only because I can never turn down duck breast.  This particular meal had brussel sprouts, beets, toasted cashews, and a citrus mousse along side it.  It was complemented perfectly by two Mai Tai's.

Editor's Note: Holy smokes, that looks freaking amazing!  Also, I LOVE brussel sprouts and beets!  On the same plate, even?  Heavenly!
