Jicama and Cucumber with Hot Chili Pepper, Sea Salt and Fresh Lime Juice
I went on a vacation to Puerto Vallarta. About 2 blocks from the apartment we rented was a street vendor who sold fruit for 15 Pesos (about a buck) a bag. This was my favorite, Jicama and Cucumber with Hot Chili Pepper, Sea Salt and fresh Lime juice. So delicious. I ate these every chance I got.
Chewer: Ben Miller
Chewing Location: Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
Prepared by: Some Street Vendor
Editor's Note: Nice! Street food that's delicious and even healthy. Mexico is like a magical land.
