Pickled Farmer's Market Veggies

Oh the farmer’s market! Chock full of all sorts of local and fresh goodness. Although, if you are like me, you buy more than you can quickly use and end up topping off the ole compost pile or feeding it to your chickens (What do you mean, you don’t have chickens?).
Not Bob Marshall. He takes his carrots, cauliflower, hot peppers and hucks ’em into a jar with some pickling spices and dill and has this radness to comfort him through the harsh Montana winter.
