Last night I was lucky enough to sit down with Bob Marshall, the owner of Biga Pizza, and taste some wine and eat the perfect pizza trifecta.
From left to right:
1. Caramelized sweet potatoes, bacon and hazelnut  with maple-chipotle.
2. Flathead, Montana, cherry chutney, house sausage and smoked gouda.
3. Winter squash, broiled leeks and ricotta.
